**ROLE PURPOSE**

The Paid Campaign Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operations on all the Digital accounts of the agency's clients. As an operational member of the Digital Marketing Team, her/his role is to ensure that performance marketing for our client's brands are executed promptly and correctly across Digital media channels and that all paid campaigns perform as per planned and agreed-upon deliverables.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The Paid Campaign Executive will be responsible for the following:

- Execute integrated paid marketing campaigns across all available avenues, based on the client’s requirement and overall strategy devised by the agency team.
- Launch and manage the ongoing paid campaign strategy including across all applicable paid campaign platforms (Search, Social and others).
- Execute and optimize a data-driven Ad Campaigns as required to achieve goals for an assigned geographic or firmographic defined market segment.
- Operate the digital advertising budget to ensure cost efficiencies and executing to planned deliverables.
- Ensure campaign implementation follows specific platform guidelines and best practices. Adopts a rational and methodical approach to implement the same.
- Follows the campaign roadmap and strictly aligns with the proposed timeline and implementation schedule.
- Regularly conducts A/B split testing across all channels and optimizes campaigns as per actionable insights.
- Continuously optimizes campaigns to improve click through rates, decrease CPCs and CPLs and drive more MQLs.
- Monitor all outlets and resources for campaign impact and progress.
- Collaborate with the in-house agency team (both Copy and Art) to ensure that required assets are delivered in line with requirements and on time.
- Be accountable for the structured documentation of all processes in the agency handbook for transparency and business continuity.
- Follow process improvements, working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Services.
- Prepares and shares regular campaign performance reports of campaigns and results.
- Timely and consistent delivery of such analyses and reports for approval and dissemination.
