**Job Roles & Description**:
**His job roles could be summed up in the following points**:

- **Converting leads into new customers.**:

- **Building stronger relationship with existing customers.**:

- **Following customers for payments.**:

- **Regular follow up with customer on call or in-person for new orders.**:

- **Conducting sales tour in other cities to book orders and expanding our customer network.**:

- **Regular local market visits.**

**Qualification & Skills Required**:

- **At least 12thpassed.**:

- **Basic ability to read and write**:

- **Strong Communication skills.**:

- **Strong follow up skills.**:

- **Presentable personality**:

- **Willing to be in sales tour for up to 20 days a month.**
