**Responsibilities**:
1. **Enterprise Server Management**:Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

2. **Data Center Server Administration**:Manage data center servers, rack-mounted systems, blade servers, and related hardware components, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and connectivity within the data center environment.

3. **Virtualization Technologies**:Implement and manage virtualization platforms, such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Citrix XenServer, to optimize server resource utilization, facilitate workload migration, and improve system flexibility and efficiency.

5. **Storage Solutions**:Configure and manage storage systems, including SAN (Storage Area Network), NAS (Network Attached Storage), and DAS (Direct Attached Storage), to ensure adequate storage capacity, performance, and data availability for enterprise workloads.

6. **Server Troubleshooting**:Investigate and resolve server-related issues, including performance degradation, hardware failures, software glitches, and connectivity problems, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.

7. **Server Monitoring and Performance Tuning**:Implement server monitoring tools and performance monitoring solutions to proactively monitor server health, analyze system performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

8. **Backup and Disaster Recovery**:Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies for server environments, including data backup procedures, recovery point objectives (RPOs), and recovery time objectives (RTOs), to ensure data protection and business continuity**.**

10. **Documentation and Compliance**:Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, system changes, and troubleshooting procedures, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to server administration and data management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in server administration, with a focus on enterprise environments, data center operations, virtualization technologies, cloud infrastructure, storage solutions, and server monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in managing Windows Server and/or Linux/UNIX-based operating systems, server hardware, hypervisors, cloud platforms, storage technologies, and server monitoring solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex server-related issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
