**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing and Documentation**: Process sales orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all required documentation is complete. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- **Sales Coordination**: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative support in lead generation, prospecting and sales follow-ups. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients. assisting sales team to achieve their targets and ensure a seamless sales process. Monitor sales inquiries and communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and inquiries.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for routine inquiries and support. Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the sales and product teams to enhance service offerings. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Collect and analyse sales data to generate reports, highlighting key performance metrics and trends. Assist in forecasting sales targets and tracking progress towards goals. Provide actionable insights to the sales team to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role within the service industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
