**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy and Business Development**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share within the construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking with potential clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects, tracking sales metrics and performance indicators to assess progress towards goals.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and project requirements, providing tailored solutions and personalized service to meet their objectives.

**Marketing Strategy and Brand Management**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote company products, services, and capabilities within the construction sector.
- Utilize a mix of online and offline marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, trade shows, and advertising, to increase brand visibility and market awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and competitive advantages.

**Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the construction industry, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

**Sales Support and Customer Service**:

- Provide sales support to clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry and consultation to contract negotiation and project execution.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating expert product knowledge and problem-solving skills.

**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to track sales metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and senior management to develop actionable insights and strategies to optimize sales performance and achieve targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in sales and marketing roles within the construction industry, preferably in a construction firm or related sector.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, products, terminology, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
