**Job Title**: Back Office Assistant (FEMALE)
**Location**: DURGAPUR, WEST BENGAL

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain records of inventory, sales, and customer data.
- Process and handle vehicle registration and documentation for customers.
- Coordinate with the front office and sales team to ensure accurate communication of customer needs.
- Update customer information in the database, including post-sale follow-ups.
- Handle invoice generation, billing, and payment processing.
- Track and record stock levels, ensuring timely orders for vehicle and spare part replenishment.
- Daily Reporting
- Maintain organized and updated files for easy access by other team members.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel & MS Word).
- Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial records, invoicing, and inventory management.
