Shift timing - 9hrs rotation in between 9am to 9pm

Roles & Responsibilities
- Good Command in telephonic Communication with Fluent English and a, customer
service experience. - To look after the whole gamut of CRM function. She will be responsible for post
- sales activities. - Developing harmonious relation with customers. - Acts as a single point of contact for clients right from design confirmation until
- Implementation of the process laid down for dealing with customers, ensuring
timely response
to all their queries in a transparent manner. - Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated
on the project status. Education and Experience
interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task. - Experience required Minimum 6month
- Experience in Customer service handling Inbound calls
- She must be well versed in Phone collections, retention, Case conversion, Cross selling
and Escalation Handling.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,289.98 per month
