**Location: Malad, West**
**Customer care representatives (CSRs) have many responsibilities, including**:
- Resolving customer issues: CSRs investigate and resolve customer complaints, and escalate complex issues to managers. They should also follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Managing customer orders: CSRs process customer orders, including returns and exchanges.
- Collecting customer feedback: CSRs gather customer feedback on products and services, and pass this on to the relevant team.
- Educating customers: CSRs educate potential customers about products and services.
- Maintaining records: CSRs keep records of customer interactions and issues, and document resolutions.
- Providing proactive outreach: CSRs offer support before customers ask for help.
- Developing knowledge: CSRs develop and document knowledge, such as help manuals, troubleshooting documentation, and blog posts.
- Managing time: CSRs prioritize tasks and multitask to handle their workload efficiently.
- Building relationships: CSRs engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build lasting relationships
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
