Mall Operation- Guest Relation Officer

Meeting and Greeting the customers at Mall helpdesk.
- Answering their queries regarding brands/stores/promotions.
- Reporting to Assistant Manager Ops on administration & functional matters.
- Checking on the safety, cleanliness & satisfaction of guests/ retailers of the mall during mall walk through.
- Handling guest/retailers queries over telephone/ in person.
- Co-ordinate between retailers & concerned department regarding maintenance & other issues at preliminary stage.
- Situation handling skills like how to handle lost and found operation/ how to handle child lost and other situations arising from time to time by seeking advice from reporting managers in case needed.
- Take guest feedback and apologies if required and escalate the issue to concerned departments.
- Handling designated floor queries of common area maintenance.
Maintaining paper work/ files at the helpdesk for record keeping.
- Need to empathies with Retailer and customer issues and Report the same to senior for timely corrective action.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
