**Role Description**: As an Operations Officer or Loan Processing Officer, your role revolves around managing and facilitating various aspects of loan processing within a financial institution. Here is a general description of the roles and responsibilities associated with the position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and manage necessary documents to meet the requirements of company’s credit and documentation policies, which may be revised from time to time.
- Review essential documents like bank statements, salary slips, GST records, and ITR to assess customer eligibility.
- Initiate the file submission process based on customer profiles and lending policies.
- Strive to increase the approval rate by ensuring eligible applicants meet lending criteria.
- Oversee the disbursal process to ensure efficient fund transfer to approved loan applicants.
- Facilitate MIS and Customer accounts reconciliation, including preparation of MIS for the management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
