IT Helpdesk Executive

**Duties & Responsibilities: -**
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
- Log bugs and enhancement requests
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
- Diagnosing outlook related issues.
- Resolving network issues.
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to Employees to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Talking employees through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with employees to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.
- Keeping Inventory of IT Assets.
Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Graduate or Equivalent degree
- knowledge of Windows Linux & Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, Operational skills on Video Communication equipment’s, Cisco WebEx
- Basic Citrix Knowledge desirable
- Knowledge of Networking
- Knowledge of Teams, Zoom
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
