**Job Title: Celebrations Sales Intern**
Location: Bengaluru
Duration: 3 to 6 months

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Intern to join our dynamic team at CdotX. As a Customer Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and providing exceptional service to our clients. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and the celebrations industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.
- Help maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative sales strategies and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Assist in tracking sales metrics and preparing weekly reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Passion for events and celebrations is highly desirable.
