**Job description**
**Role & responsibilities**
- Supervising maintenance of high standards of housekeeping, ensuring highest standards of hygiene & cleanliness
- Provisioning of high level administrative & managerial support involving day-to-day activities related to Personnel & office administration.
- Overseeing all administrative tasks across the different departments including maintenance of premises, coordination, transport facilities etc
- Coordinating with external agencies for negotiating and executing AMCs for maintenance of office equipment's
- Tracking & maintaining inventory levels for all items required and preparing material requirement plan as per the requirements.
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Purchase of office stationeries, printers, phone systems, cell phones, faxes. Assessing the requirement, accordingly, procuring the quotes and placing order with suitable supplier
- Supervising employee amenities viz. transport arrangements, travel desk, canteen management, hotel bookings, hiring of vehicles, guest house and related.
- Responsible for scheduling staff meetings, conferences, and board meetings
- Experience in office administration, personnel management, and vendor coordination.
- Skilled in inventory tracking, procurement, and budgeting.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication with staff, suppliers, and external agencies.
- Knowledge of housekeeping, office maintenance, and facility management.
- Proficient in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
