**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain the general office filing system
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments.
**Required Skills and Qualifications: -**
1.Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2.Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
3.Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6.Good time management skills.
7.Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
8.Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
**Day shift**: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
**Notice period**: Immediate joiner / 15 days
**Working Days** - Mon - Sat
