**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries
- Collect and record patient information accurately
- Handle patient registrations and admissions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Requirements**:
- Master Degrees or equivalent preferred
- MBA in Hospital Administration or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
