**What will you be doing?**:
The purpose of the role is to proactively understand the business / functions requirements of positions, people, structures and external environments that can impact the business / function.The position serves as a talent acquisition partner and HR consultant to leaders on human resource-related issues. The successful HR senior business partner acts as an employee champion and change agent.

**We think you should have**:
Working knowledge talent acquisitions, multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management and statutory central and state labor laws

Ability to work in a matrix environment Good analytical skills Adept with MS office, excel, word, PowerPoints

Around 10 to 12 years’ experience in Talent acquisition and Human Resources role resolving complex employee relations issues.

Master’s degree in business, Human Resources or Management required, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
