**_ We're looking for a Power BI Specialist who has experience in Power BI and Power Automate, MIS reporting. Responsible for managing Power BI related client asks, descriptive analytics, MIS reporting and support the team for the overall project goal. Role is in a product analytics team executing functional and technical projects._**

**_ Responsibilities_**

**_ _**
- **_Efficiently carry out data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purposes. _**
- **_Collect reporting requirements from various partners, architect the solution/report, understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in a timely manner _**
- **_Build and design intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Power platform tools for data driven decisions. _**
- **_Maintain, finetune existing dashboards and responsible for handling all reporting tasks from data collection, transformation to visualization of existing dashboards._**

**_ _**
- **_Support broader team on weekly & ad-hoc reporting of MIS reporting, data led research projects in commercial lending domain which may require domain knowledge and MS office skills. _**
- **_Connect to D365 CRM, SQL Servers, and other diverse data sources in Power BI. _**
- **_Experience in publishing and sharing the dashboards, scheduling data refreshes. _**
- **_Handle complex visualization or data problems in Dashboards. _**
- **_A deep understanding of, and ability to use and explain all aspects of, relational database design, multifaceted database design, OLTP, OLAP, critical metrics, Scorecards, and Dashboards_**

- **_MS Excel whiz skills - Power Query, Power View, knowledge of Flows, automate are needed for the role_**

- **_Relevant experience building power BI dashboards and reports using power BI desktop and publish them._**

- **_Strong interpersonal skills, Passionate at problem solving and proactive approach._**

- **_Ability to write DAX queries and create parameters independently._**

**_ _**
- **_Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set._**

**_ _**
- **_Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop_**

- **_Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence_**

**_ _**
- **_Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals._**

**_ _**
- **_Strong command of English and communication skills (Spoken and written)_**

**_ _**
- **_Very good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams._**

**_ _**
- **_Can work cross functionally in many areas without being constrained by your job function._**

- **_An ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and tact._**
