3. Understanding clients concern and providing them with the appropriate solutions
4. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
