Roles and responsibilities
- The successful achievement of sales targets.
- Identify and build business partnerships with electronics manufacturing services enterprises and electronics hardware enterprises.
- Possess a healthy knowledge of the electronics manufacturing lifecycle and the capacity to educate customers about the Elecbits platform’s value proposition.
- Provide sales support with analytical skills and marketing tools to maximise orders.
- Achieve tactical, strategic, and financial objectives for the assigned region.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives with the marketing department.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from the company's products and services.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills are required to collaborate with other teams.

Skills Required
- Independent and able to work as a team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of adhering to time limits.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Operations knowledge will be an advantage.
