Mahavir Infraspace Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties to potential buyers. Your primary goal will be to follow up on generated leads, build relationships with clients, and close sales transactions. **We prefer female salesperson.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect and qualify potential buyers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about properties to potential buyers.

3. Assist clients in evaluating their needs and financial capabilities to make appropriate property recommendations.

4. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.

5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.

6. Follow up with new and old clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

7. Follow up on Pre & Post Sales queries of the clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and processes.

5. Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused approach.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
