We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented salesperson to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a network of potential buyers and sellers through prospecting, networking, and community outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on market trends in Ahmedabad.
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs and preferences, and match them with suitable properties.
  • List and showcase properties for sale, including highquality photography and virtual tours
  • Accompany clients on property tours, answer their questions, and effectively present the property's features and benefits.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare necessary paperwork, and liaise with all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other real estate agents, developers, and mortgage professionals.
  • Exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate sales or a demonstrably relevant field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market and its various segments (residential, commercial, etc.).
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and selfmotivated attitude.
