Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth strategy and expanding our client base. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior leadership team and gain hands-on experience in various industries. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Conducting market research**: This includes identifying potential customers, target markets, and new ventures for the company to pursue. Business development associates may use a variety of methods to conduct market research, such as surveys, interviews, and analysis of industry data.
- **Developing and executing sales plans**: This involves developing strategies for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business deals. Business development associates may work closely with sales managers and other members of the sales team to develop and execute these plans.
- **Lead Generation**: Actively prospecting and identifying potential clients, partners, or markets for the organization. This involves researching and qualifying leads through various channels such as online platforms, industry events, networking, and referrals.
- **Growing existing accounts**: This involves maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Business development associates may do this by providing excellent customer service, offering upsells and cross-sells, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business with existing customers.
- **Identifying new business opportunities**:This involves staying up-to-date on industry trends and identifying new ways for the company to grow its business. Business development associates may do this by attending industry events, networking with potential clients, and conducting research on new markets.
- **Building and maintaining relationships**: This involves building rapport with potential customers, clients, and other stakeholders. Business development associates may do this by being responsive, providing excellent customer service, and being knowledgeable about the company's products and services.
- **Managing projects**: This involves overseeing the progress of projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Business development associates may do this by tracking progress, communicating with team members, and resolving any issues that arise.
- **Documenting the sales process**: This involves keeping track of all sales activities, such as leads, opportunities, and closed deals. This information can be used to track the performance of the sales team and identify areas for improvement.
- **Creating and managing marketing materials**: This includes creating brochures, presentations, and other materials that promote the company's products and services.
- **Attending industry events**: This allows business development associates to network with potential customers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- **Writing proposals and reports**:This involves summarizing the results of market research or other projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
