At beGalileo, we are embarking on an exciting journey with the primary goal of assisting parents in enrolling students in our innovative learning program. As an Education Sales Consultant within our Admissions team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving this mission.

This role demands a profound understanding of the academic systems, especially in the United States, to excel. Our commitment is to provide comprehensive guidance to all our customers, requiring you to acquaint yourself with these educational systems. Thorough knowledge will be essential as we delve into detailed discussions during personalized one-on-one calls as part of your responsibilities.

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, humanities, or a related field
- **0-4 years of sales experience, preferably dealing with e-learning companies**:

- **Proficiency in verbal and written English**:

- Fundamental understanding of mathematics is essential
- Experience in public speaking, event management, or involvement with NGOs is a favorable attribute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales software
- **Willingness to work within the US time zone**:

- Approachable and vibrant personality.
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- **Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Consultative Selling**:

- Employ a personalized and needs-based approach to consult and convert potential customers into paying clients for beGalileo
- Grasp the core learning requirements of students through conversations with parents and align our program offerings accordingly
- Address customer concerns and objections in a consultative manner to effectively secure sales

**Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate long-term relationships with potential customers, demonstrating exceptional commitment to their satisfaction
- Generate referrals through existing customers to expand the sales pipeline
- Provide continuous support to parents and students beyond their onboarding with beGalileo

**Sales Process**:

- Adhere diligently to the established sales processes and fulfill data reporting requisites
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue and student enrollments

**Customer Support and Query Resolution**:

- Coordinate and resolve inquiries from customers and educators, ensuring a seamless experience
- Highlight and address customer concerns based on feedback, aiming for effective resolutions that ensure customer satisfaction and retention

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
