**Job Summary**

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Bid Coordinator with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions.

You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- The Bid Coordinator will co-ordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, ITT, RFP etc.) document.
- Responsibilities include introduction and implementation of all necessary document version control procedures and processes.
- This role requires the highest levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. The Bid Coordinator is involved in eleven Bid Lifecycle stages.
- The effort / commitment required at each stage varies and is shown in our core role overlay.
- Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
- Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, Solutioning, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project delivery.
- Champion collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices.
- Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards.
- Provide advice on flow, language and grammar to content owners.
- Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by others team members into the required tender format.
- Maintain, make available and backup master document sets.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant discipline.
- Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.
- Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- 02+ Years of experience.

**Qualification and Experience**
- BE/B.Tech (Electronics/IT/CS/electrical/Mechanical)/BCA/B.sc-IT/CS + MBA/PGDM Marketing with good academic’s results.
- Good knowledge of sales
- 2+ Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹31,875.86 per month
