Marketing Planning and Strategies
- Customer visits and meetings on Pan India basis
- Proactive approach for Inquiry generation
- Discussion with customers to get clarifications regarding their requirement
- Educate customers for our products
- Costing, Estimation, Preparation & Submission of offer / quotation on the basis of approved layout
- Live communication with the customer for the status of the quoted inquiry
- Attending in negotiation Meetings
- Preparation and submission of work order to intimate the factory for production
- Co-ordination with design team to prepare Drawings
- Co-ordination with accounts team for commercial aspects like Payment, GST, Exemption Certificates or any kind of declaration letter etc.
- Co-ordination with clients for necessary amendments in PO
- Maintaining records of all the communications as per ISO Standards
- Coordination with all the concerned departments for smooth execution of Job
- Coordination with our vendors and suppliers regarding technical aspects, prices, negotiation for out sourcing item
- Involvement in preparation and submission of BG, ABG, PBG, dispatch process.
- Coordination with client regarding delivery of material, unloading, shifting, storage, basic requirement at site to start installation etc.
- Follow up for balance payment after completion of project
- To get information, download and review related tenders from various portals and preparation of Techno-commercial bid.
- Attend pre-bid meeting and raise queries to get clarifications if any.
- Involvement, Planning and Preparation in Product Promotion Tasks like Exhibition, Seminars, Meetings, Conferences etc.
- Obtaining new test certifications, membership certificates, third party certificates, renewal etc.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
