Graduate Degree in Commerce / Business Studies with
2-3 years of work experience post qualification in a
similar role in development sector.
Hands on experience of handling GST, FCRA and TDS
Knowledge of end to end PF compliances
Good communication skills with proficiency in both
English and Hindi.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position will be responsible for day to day Finance
& Accounts operations
To be a focal point for information on the financial
management of grants, budgets, contracts and
procurements
Facilitate the financial reporting as per donor
requirement
Risk management
Overall management reporting
Coordination with Auditors (Internal/External,
Statutory & Donors
Liaising with Banks, and maintaining records
Record keeping of Account related transactions
Preparation, review and recording of vouchers and
related documents
Preparation of MIS report
End to end PF Compliances
