Market and promote the company's Performance Skincare brand to Dermatologist
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new doctors to expand the brand's ethical sales network.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to doctors on product usage.
- Arrange appointments and accompany the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) during visits to medical practitioners.
- Offer continuous support and mentorship to clients, ensuring regular follow-ups to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research on competitor products and brands, providing insightful reports to management.
- Utilize various data channels, including chemist stores, to analyze target clients, competition, and market trends, devising strategies for sales expansion.
- Collaborate with doctors and internal marketing teams as needed to enhance brand visibility and marketing efforts.
- Participate in Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) to identify potential customers and assess market competition.
- Employ technology and digital tools for efficient field operations.
- Generate visual reports for internal stakeholders.
- Undertake additional tasks contributing to the company's sales objectives and growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
