- **Job Summary**:
As a Medical Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge medical products/services to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant institutions. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitors.
Analyze market data to develop effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Sales and Account Management:
Identify and target potential clients, including physicians, healthcare facilities, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and demonstrate our medical products/services to healthcare professionals.
Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the medical industry.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services and their benefits.
Provide expert advice and information to clients regarding product features and benefits.
- **Customer Education and Training**:
Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on the proper use of our products/services.
Address customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
- **Sales Reporting**:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Forecast sales projections and trends for future planning.
- **Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- **Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
