**JOB DESCRIPTION OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE AT TORERO SOFTWARES LIMITED**
We are seeking an enthusiastic support executive who is patient, empathetic, and excels in building long-term client relationships through excellent communication skills. **Responsibilities include**:
Provide efficient training to customers on our software, accounts, and GST.
Handle telephone calls with an active listening style, multitasking, and prioritizing effectively.
Troubleshoot and investigate to resolve customer queries, going above and beyond when necessary.
**Full-Time**: 1-3 years of experience.
**Education**:Graduation with a background in Commerce (e.g., BCom, BAF, BMS, etc).
**Location**:Lower Parel East, Mumbai.
**Timings**:Mon to Sat, 10 am to 7 pm.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
