**Position Overview**

You will support the resourcing and project operations team by conducting a wide range of supporting activities including, but not limited to, creating freelancer SoWs, maintaining accurate records, ensuring accurate and up to date project planning by liaising with project teams, and regularly compiling reports regarding various business metrics. You will also engage with the project set up process as well as answer timesheet and system access queries from the team. You will report directly to the Resourcing partner.

**Example Responsibilities**

The following are example responsibilities of this position and are, as such, not meant to be exhaustive, nor convey every responsibility that may vary over time, without changing the essence of this position:

- **Freelance Support / Management**: Supporting the Resourcing Partner with completing Freelancer SoWs and maintaining accurate records, prompting the Resourcing Partner and project teams when SoWs are due to expire. Supporting with freelance timesheet completion and system access where appropriate.
- **Reporting**: Provide support to the Resourcing and project operations team with completion and collation of regular system reports including monthly utilization, weekly self-assessment, and weekly timesheet reports including following up with the team where appropriate. All reports are to be provided to the Resourcing Partners in a timely manner.
- **System administration**: Supporting in ending assignments for leavers and completing associated tasks. Adding resources to the system and supporting project teams with project planning and timesheet queries.

**Education, Experience, Knowledge & Other Skills**

- **Undergraduate **degree in related field
- **Experience **in administration and strong excel expertise
- **Knowledge** of Kantata / Salesforce, or other project planning tools is preferable
- **Communication**: strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate with team members in various locations in a timely and proactive manner
- **Collaboration**: strong collaboration skills, proven ability to work well within a team, effective stakeholder management
- **Time management and organisation**:Strong** **organisation skills and** **ability to keep up to date a regular schedule of tasks to ensure information is provided to the appropriate teams efficiently, ability to prioritise tasks with support from the team
- **Achieving results**: strong track record of consistent performance and high-quality work. Proven abilities to navigate well through change and ambiguity
