The Marketing and Outreach Coordinator cum Administrative Assistant will be responsible for driving marketing and outreach efforts to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement with schools and the broader community.
This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing outreach programs, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

Marketing and Outreach Coordination:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at promoting the organization’s initiatives within schools and educational communities.
Conduct research to understand educational trends and needs, and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
Content Creation: Create and manage compelling content for school newsletters, social media platforms, the organization’s website, and promotional materials.
Ensure content is relevant and engaging for school audiences, including students, parents, and educators.
School Collaboration and Outreach: Build and nurture relationships with school administrators, teachers, and educational organizations.
Coordinate outreach efforts such as school visits, educational workshops, and partnership events to foster collaboration and engagement.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting schools and educational institutions to drive participation and awareness.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Event Coordination: Organize and manage school-related events, including parent-teacher meetings, school fairs, and educational seminars.
Handle event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up to ensure successful outcomes.
Administrative Assistance:
Office Management:
Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communications.
Maintain organized filing systems and oversee office supplies, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence related to marketing and administrative activities.
Maintain accurate records of outreach programs, marketing campaigns, and administrative tasks.
Communication Support: Serve as a key contact for internal and external communications, including inquiries from schools, parents, and community members.
Support the coordination of meetings, conferences, and school-related activities, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Data Management: Manage and update databases related to school contacts, outreach efforts, and marketing activities.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with organizational policies. Administrative Projects: Assist with various administrative projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.
Contribute to process improvements and support the overall efficiency of the administrative functions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with schools or educational institutions.
Proven experience in marketing & outreach programs in schools, or administrative roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with educational audiences.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school-focused environment. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
Working Conditions: Full-time position.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events or special activities. Office-based within the organization, with potential for occasional remote work as needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
