**Job Description**:

- To support Services Department in providing a high-quality service to our customers and providing all administration services for the Services department. The Services Department is the interface between external customers, internal departments such as stores, sales and the field service engineer. The Services team requires the ability to deal effectively with all customers and to be able to manage customers’ expectations appropriately and with the objective of achieving required levels of satisfaction and recommendation from customers.Duties & Responsibilities

What you'll do
- Co-ordination with customers [internal & external]
- Creation of Service Ticket for customerand provide as reference
- Creation of WO in SVMX and assign to FSE
- monitoring daily to ensure that planned works have been completed to the customer’s reasonable satisfaction by FSE
- Maintenance of daily complaints logs capturing every aspect of a CM that includes engineer, parts utilized, time taken to complete
- Validation of data captured in maintenance log
- Scheduling installation and ensuring adherence
- Housekeeping of reports - service & preventive maintenance, installation
- Validation of WCR / NCR with respect to info.
- Weekly stock update from airport locations

The Individual

What you'll definitely need
- 3 years ITI / diploma in Electronics / Electrical engineering is desirable.
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role or field service engineering
- Knowledge on SAP
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Database Management
- Telephone skills
- Determination to provide high levels of customer service
