Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of tandoor dishes, including bread, meats, and vegetables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tandoor station, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition.
- Monitor food levels and communicate with the Sous Chef or Head Chef to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications and portion sizes.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of food products.
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Participate in menu planning and recipe development as directed by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, contributing to a cohesive and productive kitchen environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Tandoor Commi or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, particularly tandoor cooking techniques and spices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Formal culinary training or certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
