American Chase is a US IT Staffing and Consulting company. We help our customers to design, develop and implement new-age technology solutions by providing expert consultants and guidance. American chase works on a niche technology range that consists of ERP solutions like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and Kronos. We help our customers in developing new products or revamping their existing products under the following technology stack: Python, Java, DevOps, and Java Script.

Our headquarter is situated in Portland OR USA. Also, we have our offshore presence in Indore M.P India where we conduct our operations. This hiring is happening under the expansion program 2023-24. We are scaling our operations in all dimensions in the coming months and for that, we are looking for extraordinary talent who can be a part of the American Chase family.

**_Note:_** _For the initial 3 months your designation will be Associate Trainee. After confirmation, you will be confirmed to your respective position of US IT Recruiter/ Bench Sales Recruiter._

55% Throughout (10th, 12th, and Graduation)

Roles & Responsibilities

**US IT Recruiter -**
- Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Technical knowledge and awareness in the leading technologies will be an added advantage.

terms: C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Should be aware of the process of Recruiting,

searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary, and closing.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving

and be highly motivated and self-directed.
- Strong team player and a leader with a positive

mindset to drive results from the team. **Good command of verbal and written**

communication skills. Energetic, passionate about recruitment, and efficient at work.

**Bench Sales Recruiter**:

- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
- Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Handling manage contacts.
- Managing complete cycle of Bench sales.
- Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
