American chase works on a niche technology range that consists of ERP solutions like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and Kronos. We help our customers in developing new products or revamping their existing products under the following technology stack: Python, Java, DevOps, and Java Script.

Our headquarter is situated in Portland OR USA. Also, we have our offshore presence in Indore M.P India where we conduct our operations. This hiring is happening under the expansion program 23-24. - **Note**:_ _For the initial 3 months your designation will be Associate Trainee. After confirmation, you will be confirmed to your respective position of US IT Recruiter/ Bench Sales Recruiter._

Eligible Degree & Branches

Any Graduate / Post graduate (**Non-CS/IT Branches **)

Eligibility Criteria

55% Throughout (10th, 12th, and Graduation)

Compensation

INR 3,00,000 Per Annum + Incentive*

Roles & Responsibilities

**Bench Sales Recruiter**:

- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
- Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Handling manage contacts.
- Managing complete cycle of Bench sales.

Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
