Profile: General Manger - Sales
Job Description:
- Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
- Design and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong market presence;
- Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Run sales campaigns.
- Define KPIs and KRAs for the sales campaigns
- Analyze running campaigns and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Apprise the management about the latest sales trends.
- Lead the sales team to achieve maximum performance and dedication.
- Report to the CEO regarding regular activities of the sales team
- Promote the Vision and Mission of the organization effectively.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
**- Graduate in Commerce with at least 8-10 years of working experience in an Automobile Company in commercial vehicles segment.**
- **Fluent in French and English**.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Effective Time management and problem-solving aptitude.
**Salary**: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
