Looking for a Sales executive from the Travel Industry.

Looking for an immediate Joiner

**Job Location -** Bangalore (Work from office only)

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on sales performance and trends.
- Manage and handle all sales correspondence and inquiries along with sending trip proposals to agents and clients
- Manage all the lead generation efforts, sources and work towards maximizing leads to conversion output
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the travel or adventure industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and generate insights.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Passion for trekking, outdoor activities, and adventure travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
