Travels Sales Executive

Key Responsibilties:
**Client Acquisition**:Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector who organize meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. Develop a pipeline of leads to convert them into clients for the MICE travel division.

**2. Sales and Negotiation**:Engage with prospective clients to present the company's MICE travel services, understand their specific requirements and negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business.

**3. Customized Proposals**:Create tailored proposals and presentations for potential MICE clients, highlighting the company's capabilities, unique selling points, and competitive advantages.

**4. Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands within the MICE segment. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies.

**5. Budget Management**:Assist clients in developing and managing travel budgets for MICE events, providing cost-effective solutions without compromising on the quality of services.

**6. Reporting and Analysis**:Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights related to the MICE travel division.

**7. Upselling and Cross-Selling**:Identify opportunities to upsell additional travel services or cross sell complementary offerings to existing MICE clients.

**8. Quality Assurance**:Ensure that all travel arrangements meet high-quality standards and client expectations, coordinating with the operations team for flawless execution

**9. Achieving Sales Targets**:Set and achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue and growth goals of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in Tourism or Hotel Management is mandatory
- 3-5 years of experience in Travels industry is required.
- Sales or Business Development experience within the travel, Event Management, or MICE industry will be preferred.
- Prior experience in selling travel packages and services to corporate clients will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and close deals effectively.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
