Job Description - Business Development / Sales (MICE - Travel Division)

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector who organize meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. Develop a pipeline of leads to convert them into clients for the MICE travel division.

2. Sales and Negotiation: Engage with prospective clients to present the company's MICE travel services, understand their specific requirements, and negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business.

3. Customized Proposals: Create tailored proposals and presentations for potential MICE clients, highlighting the company's capabilities, unique selling points, and competitive advantages.

4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands within the MICE segment. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies.

5. Budget Management: Assist clients in developing and managing travel budgets for MICE events, providing cost-effective solutions without compromising on the quality of services.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights related to the MICE travel division.

7. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional travel services or cross-sell complementary offerings to existing MICE clients.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all travel arrangements meet high-quality standards and client expectations, coordinating with the operations team for flawless execution.

9. Achieving Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets for the MICE travel division and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.

Skill(s) required Business Research, Client Relationship, Marketing, Field Sales, New Business Development Experience

Freshers and 1 - 3years exp(preferred) worked in MICE Division of a Travel Company or Hotel/ Corporate Sales in Business Travel Division / Hotel Industry or Event Management Company. Who can apply

1. Graduation/PG in Tourism Administration/ Hotel Management/ Aviation/ Marketing/ Communications (a must).

2. Sales Professionals: Individuals with a proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in the travel industry, event management, or MICE services. They should possess strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and close deals effectively.

7. Travel Sales Consultants: Sales consultants with experience in selling travel packages and services to corporate clients may find the MICE travel division a natural fit for their skillset.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
