**JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES: District Coordinator(District Health screening coordinator)**

the **District Coordinator**, shall be responsible for supervising the operations at district level and ensuring compliance with the guidelines on beneficiary identification, utilization of services etc. shall also be responsible for organizing routine, periodical and surveillance visits along with monitoring basic lab operations. District Manager will reporting to the State level Manager. Review and monitor and Progress operations at assign division or demographic area as assign by management.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supervises the operations at district level including organizing, administration ,monitoring and IEC activity of camp in the district;
- Ensuring compliance with the guidelines on beneficiary identification, utilization of services, awareness generation, expansion of network, monitoring ,audit, training, reporting, etc;
- Maintaining the quality and timeliness of programme data for report generation;
- Random reviews of pre-authorizations and claims;
- Work with the teams across functions and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of data to state level on a periodic basis;
- Organize routine, periodical and surveillance visits to all the entities participating in the scheme to ensure that all processes are running as per defined standards.
- Responsible for Coordination with District lab staff & Camp Coordinators in the District.
- responsible for tracking & Monitoring Camp Coordinator, Phlebotomist/Paramedical staff presence in facilities/lab/Camp site and tracking online attendance on daily basis
- Ensure for Presence of a Camp team members with the coordination, responsible for arranging backup camp team members in case regular staff absent in Camp.
- Responsible for tracking and addressing lab-level asset maintenance issues and resolve in stipulated time frame and ensure for taken approval for new procurement (as required and requested) from the Inventory team/Operations team.
- Responsible for addressing District Wise camp and lab team members Issues along with mapped locations under juridiction on day to day basis.
- Responsible for Conduct the training/review meeting of camp team /camp coordinator as and when required and initiating action against non-performer
- Adhere to the target given by state-level project team, Follow up & achieve the Lab wise Monthly/Quarterly Revenue target set by Management
- Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project. responsible for formulating strategies (as communicated by state project team) with line department/camp coordinator/Camp team in order to reach project goals.
- Responsible for enhancing and extending the goals in discussion with the state implementation team.
- Responsible for the outcome (success or failure) of the project in his division, in constraint of the decisions made for the Project implementation.
- Will be responsible for Pre Camp, Camp, Post camp activity smooth functioning as per Guideline set by Project Team.
- Will involve in the planning, controlling and monitoring for Lab wise/Camp wise Performance, also managing and directing the assigned project resources in his district.
- Responsible for smooth Sample Transportation and Lab Logistic work, ensure for proper Packing, select convenient and fastest Transportation modes for timely Sample transportation from Lab to Hub Lab/Referral Lab
- Responsible for Coordinate & follow up with project Officials for Camp Approval, and report submission with the coordination of the camp co ordinator
- Responsible for follow-up with camp coordinator for Compliance camp -wise service Certificate/documents submission for the Monthly Data /Invoice/billing to Management.
- Responsible for develop Private Business from Hospital/Institute and Business Development activity from Districts.
- Overall Responsibilities in terms of tracking and monitoring of District Level Manpower arrangement, payroll support and Lab Level asset/instrument Maintenance and camp Coordinator coordination
- Ensuring routine funds/Petty cash availability with the help accounts team and timely submissions of bills /invoices of expenses.
- All other duties as assigned by the Management.

**Salary**: ₹9,820.70 - ₹25,000.70 per month
