Posh Plasticware is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality plastic tableware and catering supplies. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Distribution Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is critical in driving the growth of our distribution channels and expanding our market presence. As a Distribution Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and ensuring the successful distribution of Posh Plasticware products.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales management team to formulate effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the distribution network.

Distributor Relationship Management: Identify potential distributors and build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new partners. Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for all distribution-related inquiries and concerns.

New Business Development: Actively seek and engage new distributor prospects to expand our distribution network. Evaluate potential partners based on their capabilities, market reach, and alignment with Posh Plasticware's values and standards.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations to prospective distributors, showcasing the benefits and advantages of partnering with Posh Plasticware. Negotiate terms and conditions of distribution agreements to maximize profitability and mutual success.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data and industry trends to forecast demand, identify opportunities, and anticipate challenges within the distribution channel. Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and market insights.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and marketing efforts. Ensure they have the necessary resources to effectively promote Posh Plasticware products to their customer base.

Market Research: Continuously monitor the plasticware industry and keep abreast of competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and new product developments. Utilize this information to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Trade Shows and Events: Represent Posh Plasticware at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to increase brand awareness and foster relationships with potential and existing distributors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in distribution sales, preferably within the plasticware or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure profitable distribution agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with distributors and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
