We can proudly say that our startup received funding on the most popular startup show i.e **Shark Tank India **and supported our vision to be a family farmer. So we are looking for an experienced **Operation Manager** who are eager to learn and grow with the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Plant quality and process of supervision.
- Need to look out for quality and production.
- Must be knowledgeable in Distribution operation, and supervision.
- Able to maintain organic food product material moment data.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience working in Distribution, Operation & Supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in any educational field.
- Comfortable with the night shift.
- Experience in milk delivery operations.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Own Vehicle - Two Wheeler.
- Own Laptop.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
