**Overview of the vacancy**:

- Degree/Diploma in Rural Marketing, Social Work, Education and/or Agriculture
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and/or manage a team
- Effective interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Oral and written language fluency in English and Hindi
- Access to a laptop or computer and internet connectivity
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google Docs, Sheets & Slides
- Based out of Jhajjar, Haryana
- Passionate about improving the lives of audiences in rural India
- Impart training as expected by the company
- Train key stakeholders on using the technologies as expected by the company
- Successful execution of the above activities on a daily basis
- Reporting on project performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Coordinating with Project Manager(s) and management of Studeasy Foundation to ensure the NGO is abreast of successful project execution.
- Periodically coordinating with clients on behalf of Studeasy Foundation and providing necessary information on project execution
- Liaising with government authorities on behalf of Studeasy Foundation, as per the directions and under the guidance of Project Manager(s) and the management
- Other duties as may arise from time to time

**In exchange for your efforts, you shall get**:

- During the employment, an individual shall be paid an in-hand salary of Rs. 15,000/- per month as fixed, in-hand compensation
- In addition to the above compensation, all reasonable expenses arising out of employment shall be reimbursed by Studeasy Foundation, assuming same have been authorized in writing prior to being incurred and with the provision of appropriate receipts.
