**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

**Immediate Joining preferred**

Must have minimum 3-4 years of experience to handle all social media handles for institute’s events, courses and other high-end content.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Curate, create and publish relevant, original and high-end content and be upbeat with new trends
- Work with top management and inter/ intra-departments to create actionable plans and produce successful Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter, IG Live and other platforms for events as required and collaborate to support local, promotional events, course related offers and other information relevant to the institute, to grow and maintain followers through social media handles
- Work with creative services and/or independently to create compelling text, video and graphic social media posts
- Manage all scheduling of content across all social media channels
- Coordinate with SEO strategies to help generate more inbound traffic
- Develop relationships through social media platforms
- Establish a social media connection, formulate guidelines for uploads, channels, brand role, use appropriate hashtags for better reach and content strategy, ensuring progress on all channels by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and many others
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and provide metrics reporting for the institute
- Drafting, promoting and managing day-to-day execution of social media messaging, post queries, maintain blogs, scheduling post, writing captions, tagging relevant posts
- Brief the team and work with them to plan and implement best digital media practices, hire and train other in the team and provide constructive feedback
- Be upbeat with the trends and mould it with The Yoga Institute ethics
- Review advertising trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding marketing of goods and services to determine the best way to promote product
- Monitor, manage and respond to online reviews

**Requirements for the role**:

- Bachelors in Journalism, communications or related field or equivalent
- 3-4 years of working hands-on experience on managing social media tools and platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in creating graphic & video posts tailored for social media platforms whenever needed - Attention to detail and able to handle complex workflow management
- Knowledge and understanding of current social trends
- Must be able to proof read contents
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and to quickly adjust strategy and execution in face of new information
- Cross-functional marketing experience for social media handles

**Probationary Period: 3 months**

**Food Policy-** Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates working for them however if the associate wishes to carry his/her own lunch box, it has to be a vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed during working hours.

**Leave Policy - **12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State Holidays

**Work ethics**: While at work, smoke breaks are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited and associates are not allowed to go out of the workplace to have their smoke breaks and resume work.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
