A Social Media Marketing Executive is needed to join HS Digital Media's Creative Strategy & Account Management team. The executive will be in charge of all aspects of the client's marketing needs. He or she is ultimately responsible for the happiness of clients and the capacity to run successful marketing campaigns across targeted digital channels. A dedicated, creative, and goal-oriented individual will be an excellent fit for the position. We're looking for someone that is interested in digital media, can think on their feet, and can be LOUD

**Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, optimise, and track social media and content strategies (both organic and sponsored) to support branding goals.
- Manage many communication channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Execute and optimise the publication of material for online blogs and resources.
- Increase exposure, engagement, loyalty, and traffic across web and social media by utilising web marketing methods, SEO optimization, and other tactics.
- Test posting and content strategy on a regular basis to identify the best way to reach and engage various parts of our target audience.
- All published material must be created, curated, and managed (images, video and written).
- Demonstrate your abilities to create a complete marketing strategy. Drive methods that have been validated through testing and data.
- Keep an eye on emerging trends in social media tools, apps, channels, design, and strategy.
- Test posting and content strategy on a regular basis to identify the best method to reaching and engaging various parts of our target consumers.
- Monitor and report on ROI measures that demonstrate impact and alignment with overall marketing, sales, and company goals.

**Qualifications**
- Communication in English is excellent.
- Experience developing a B2B brand's social media strategy. Putting the approach into action and reporting the outcomes.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram organic and paid channels, as well as social management tools (ex. Buffer)
- Strong creativity and love for developing responsive, entertaining content Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
