Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Department: Business Development & Sales

Location: Rajasthan

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with expertise in Solar EPC Sales within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment. The role involves managing and closing high-value orders in the megawatt sector, expanding our market presence, and building relationships with clients in the assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and manage solar EPC sales for large-scale C&I projects, focusing on high-value megawatt-level orders.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and handle negotiations effectively.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized solar solutions that meet client requirements.

Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.

Provide post-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements in the solar sector.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

MBA is preferred but not required.

**Experience**:
5-8 years of experience in sales, specifically in the Solar EPC industry within the C&I segment.

Proven experience in closing large megawatt-scale projects.

Skills & Competencies

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in large project sales.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to meet targets.

Compensation

**Salary**: Up to ₹10 Lacs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
