
Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who will be key contributor to the company's revenue generation efforts. This position will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, social media, and referrals. Generate leads and opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Understand customer needs, address concerns, and tailor solutions to match their requirements. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to secure new business. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential delegates to encourage repeat attendance and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty and retention. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide ongoing support, and upsell additional products or services as appropriate.
- Manage sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Prioritize leads and opportunities based on their potential value and likelihood of closing
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor events, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities. Use insights to refine sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in delegate acquisition, sales executive or event sales. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the events industry and understanding of delegate motivations and behaviors.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
