**Role Description**

As a full-time, on-site Process Associate at EasyBuild, you will work in Noida and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our B2B2C digital commerce platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and maintaining customer order processing procedures, overseeing inventory control and management, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring quality customer service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 0-2 years of related experience in customer service, operations, or supply chain management
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of digital commerce and E-Commerce.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
