**Job Summary**:
The Project Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Shyam Steel products to large construction projects and managing relationships with contractors, builders, and key stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of project sales and business development, including working with clients in the construction and infrastructure sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned sales targets for steel products in the designated area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction projects segment.
- **Business Development**:

- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders involved in construction projects.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals.
- **Client Management**:

- Maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to provide excellent after-sales service.
- **Market Research**:

- Keep track of market trends, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for new business growth.
- Understand the needs of clients and customize sales presentations accordingly.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:

- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
- **Coordination and Execution**:

- Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics and production, to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor project progress and follow up with clients on any issues related to product quality or delivery.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update management on sales performance and project status.
- Track key sales metrics such as revenue, orders, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or MBA is a plus).
- **Experience**: 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably in the steel or building material industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of the construction industry and project-based sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
- **Location Flexibility**: Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and meetings.
