- Respond to user inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges remotely / on-site
- Manage users, groups, computers & security groups in Active Directory
- Experience in Desktop Troubleshooting
- Assisting users with their queries remotely via Phone Calls, MS Teams, Zoom, or via remote control tools

**Requirements**:

- Clear speaking, listening, and written communication skills
- Experience in Windows 10, 7, 8
- Experience in a helpdesk ticketing environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with mínimal notice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
